Name: LynnJob Title: Pharmacy Manager Age: 43 Lynn has been the pharmacy manager for Omega Drug since the store opened several years ago. As time passed, her good nature and cheerful attitude sunk as the constant grind of never-ending grief wore away at her. She is now a moody, short and stout time bomb. You never know if she's going to joke with you, or go off in your face. Through all her faults she is still a great worker and knows how to run a pharmacy quite well. Considering her staffing deficiencies, it is a miracle she hasn't gone insane over the years. |
Name: JayeshJob Title: Staff Pharmacist Age: 72 Jayesh has traveled the world working as a pharmacist, when he was young and time's were tough in his home country of India, he heard of opportunities around the globe for a pharmacist willing to travel. During his journeys he has stopped for long periods in France, England, and Canada. Finally coming the the United States, he has seen the world and learned quite a few things along the way. While he is a wise old man, he doesn't quite have a full grasp of the English language, particularly with American slang and euphemisms. But he is a hard worker, and extremely nice. In fact, too nice, as often times customers and even his fellow workers take advantage of his over willingness to help others. |
Name: MikeJob Title: Senior Technician Age: 26 Originally being a pharmacy technician was just a temporary gig to help pay the rent while he was in college. However, after dropping out of school, he wound up being stuck in the job as a full time endeavor. Somewhat socially ackward, he struggles dealing with people, and usually tries to stick to the back of the pharmacy and work away from customers as much as possible. He has a very vivid imagination, and often wishes he was in a more meaningful and exciting place than stuck in some crummy pharmacy. He is a computer and mechanical genius, keeping every gadget in the pharmacy running should it ever break. He also knows drug codes and prescription insurances better than anybody, and can fix any billing problem without blinking. Lynn loves him because whenever he's around, things always run smoother. Now if only he could figure out how to communicate with people as well as he can with machines. |
Name: TiffJob Title: Tech Intern Age: 21 A young woman, fresh out of a Pharmacy Technician training program, she has to go through a three month internship before she can officially become a graduate of Mercury Technician Academy. While she's not a super genius, and is still trying to figure out the system, armed with a smile and a friendly touch she can melt the heart of coldest, rudest customer. Exceptionally cheerful, although a little meek, she always has a positive outlook. She has a habit of screwing things up every now and then to the annoyance of Mike and Lynn, but she tries very hard. She is learning, slowly, and having somebody working for free is very nice on the books. |
Name: PamJob Title: Cashier Age: 18 Recently graduated from high school. Pam is a young, unenthusiastic cashier sentenced to work her community college days at Omega Drug. A niece of Lynn, she has fairly good job security, even though she is incredibly rude with the customers. She has a bleak outlook on life, and thinks the world is conspiring against her to give her such a crappy job. Pam does know that Lynn has never been able to keep a cashier for more than two weeks, and takes advantage of the situation to the best she can. Often times coming back late from break, if at all. And freely shares her loathing and hatred of the customers forced upon her. |
